We would like to introduce the gravity casting method for mold casting conducted by Shodai Light Alloy Foundry. Compared to sand casting, it demonstrates superior dimensional accuracy and productivity, and compared to die casting (high-pressure die casting), it is weldable and excels in internal quality (pressure resistance). Since cores can be used, it is possible to manufacture complex shapes.
